Judicial processes

This section introduces the different aspects of judicial processes. In particular, it provides an overview of the different international courts and tribunals, including the different types of tribunals. It also gives an insight into the jurisdictional aspects of prosecuting a crime, specifically focusing on the universal jurisdiction, and introduces to the International Criminal Court and the importance of gender equality at international tribunals.
