Human rights law

This subsection provides an overview of the relevant aspects of international human rights law. In particular, it offers an insight into international human rights law generally and some specific aspects of human rights in relation to criminal prosecutions. As part of the latter, this subsection discusses fair trial rights, the presumption of innocence, representing the accused, and representing the victim.
