Guide to Digital Human Rights Documentation
Content Directory
This website is structured to guide you through all aspects of human rights documentation, beginning with the guiding principles for civil society documentation to writing a human rights documentation protocol. In the “Documentation Management” portion of the website, you can find introductory materials covering the basic principles of human rights documentation. In the “Live Session Preparation” portion of the website, you will find materials to prepare you for the live training from March 28th-31st. Our facilitators will expect that you have reviewed these materials prior to the live sessions. These include preparatory materials on Uwazi, the Uwazi/Tella integration, Chain of Custody, Information Security, and Data Privacy. As the majority of the material is provided in video format, please refer to this link for tips on managing subtitles. Captions and subtitles should be accessible in the language of your choosing.
Below, PILPG’s team has also prepared an introductory video to share some highlights of the guide.
