  • Chautauqua Blueprint: A Tribunal for Syrian Atrocities

    PILPG President Paul Williams and Managing Director Michael Scharf served on a Blue Ribbon Committee which has prepared a discussion draft for a Tribunal to Prosecute Syrian Atrocities, an initiative that has received a great deal of international press attention.
